We make zinc-alloy zamak die cast parts from 2g to 500g for our customers, with precision and high productivity being the main standards followed. Our factory equipped with hot chamber zamak die casting (injection molding)machines, CNC machining centres, threading and assembly machines ensures a value added all-inclusive parts/fittings supply to our valuable customers worldwide.

What is Zamak? Benefits of Zinc Alloys
The Zamak acronym is used for a group of zinc alloys which contain Zinc as the main content, and Aluminum, Magnesium and Copper (Kupfer in German) as other contents in specific percentages according to the specific type.
Zamak 5 is preferred due to its following features and advantages over other zinc-alloys like zamak 3.
- Its copper content is higher than zamak 3. So it has a higher strength.
- Its ductility is less than zamak 3, causing decreased elongation.
- It can be more readily plated, finished and machined.
Zamak is an alloy with which casting parts created in hot chamber die cast machines. It has a low melting point, a good fluidity and it is a very preferable material because of many properties it has, like low cost raw material, ductility, strength and conductivity of electric and heat.
Zamak is a very popular metal alloy because of its chemical and physical properties that provide many advantages in processing (Die Casting) and in practical use. The most used types of zamak are zamak 5 – ZP5, and zamak 3 ZP3. In Europe zamak 5 (ZP5) is the one that is mostly preferred in die casting industry.
